3. Booking and Strategy Calls

Strategy calls booked through this Site are offered free of charge and without obligation, as described on the Site at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or limit the availability of strategy calls at our discretion. Attempting to book a call does not create any contractual obligation on either party until a separate services agreement, if applicable, is signed.

Where paid coaching, mentoring, or consulting engagements are agreed upon following a strategy call, the specific fees, payment terms, and scope of work will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and Amit Dhuria. These Terms do not themselves establish any fee obligation.
